Nothing Worth Noticing

I find many contradict themselves when discussing this topic, so I'll try my best not to. The mere appearance of a person has never played a major role in my judgement. Though everyone has specific types of people they prefer to be around, I chose not to limit myself. What is most important in my judgement of people is their philosophies on life. The knowledge a person has will always mean more than any material thing. So many cliches are thrown about on the subject of appearance. The basic idea of these sayings all can be summarized as not to be so quick to discriminate. Though, from birth we're taught to make immediate judgement on just about everything.
It is sad that people love to constantly claim they do not judge, when it is apparent they do. Society is constantly to blame, though all people are who make up society. The general public decides such absurd requirements of outward appearance. What should really matter is what is within a person. Jobs are denied to determined, hardworking people for ignorant pretty girls. Just because a person seems to be without brand name clothes, shoes, and accessories does not mean they lack personality.

  1. You said "It is sad that people love to constantly claim they do not judge, when it is apparent they do.", I find this very much true, even though people say they dont judge, they obviously do even if it is not realized. Do you feel that people judge to bring up their own self esteem?

    1. In most cases, yes. That's really common here in Southwest. Though, maybe that's just what I believe since I've always been here.

  2. Totally agree with this! I think people should judge by the personality and not their looks. I often find myself judging many people but then i stop my self and think for a moment. Anyways great job!
